Tucker Wiard was an American television editor who won five Primetime Emmy Awards and was nominated for six more in the category of Outstanding Picture Editing.

Tucker Wiard was born on November 10, 1941, in Detroit, Michigan, the U.S. Wiard died in August 2022, of complications from heart failure in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 80.

Wiard attended Michigan State University where he majored in Radio/Television. He went off to join the Army in 1962, where he designed and built the studio and remote videotape department at Fort Benning in Georgia.
